The entire area measures approximately 2,600 sq. ft.  It is ideal for small gatherings; birthday parties, graduation parties, family get togethers and small wedding receptions. It can comfortably accommodate up to 75 people. Tables and chairs can be set up on the lawn area.

This space is available for use for a six hour period, between the hours of 10:00 am and 11:00 pm. Event rental is $700.00 USD. One hour for set up and one hour for breakdown is permitted.
